Nevada Medicaid (FFS), Molina Medicaid, Medicaid BCBS & Health Plan of Nevada (HPN) Medicaid, Silver Summitt Medicaid and Am Better- your doctor will need to fax our office (FAX: 725-269-1566) a referral for speech evaluation/treatment
Health Saving Account

The Speech School LLC has limited contracts with third-party payers (ex. insurance company, private school, etc.). If requested, we may provide the client with a Superbill. We will not converse with insurance companies that we do not contract with. It is the client’s sole responsibility to understand their own insurance policies.

Initial evaluation $325/ includes plan of care*

Speech therapy services 1 $95 up to 30 mins

Phone consultations Usually no fee or current mkt price
